Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Menos mobile application ("the App") or the website menosapp.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Menos.

Menos is operated by Menos App LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

Description of Service

Menos is the lifting RPG: a real progressive-overload weightlifting tracker wrapped in a role-playing game. A rule-based engine picks your next workout from your training history, auto-progresses your weights and reps, runs 6 proven programs, and tracks your personal records. On top of the tracker, you pick a class (Warrior, Berserker, Ranger, or Adventurer), level a pixel-art character with XP, fight hand-animated monsters and bosses in Dungeon Mode, train live with friends in Party Mode for an XP multiplier, and climb the opt-in Hall of Lifters leaderboard.

Menos is designed for informational and fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or making changes to your fitness routine.

Account Registration

To use Menos, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Pricing

Menos costs $6.99 per month, or $39.99 per year, and includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the applicable charge ($6.99 monthly or $39.99 annually) applies.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

Auto-renewable subscription disclosure. Menos is $6.99 per month, or $39.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID account is charged the applicable amount ($6.99 monthly or $39.99 annually) within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce additional paid features in the future. If we do, these Terms will be updated and any changes will be presented clearly before they take effect.

Intellectual Property

The Menos app, website, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Menos App LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.

You retain ownership of the workout data you enter into Menos. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Menos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Menos is a fitness tracking application, not a medical device. We do not provide medical advice; the app is not a substitute for professional guidance from a certified personal trainer, physician, or other qualified health professional.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use Menos at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Menos shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Menos at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Profile screen within the App or by contacting us at [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Menos shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Menos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or by email.
