Delete your account
Two ways to request deletion of your Menos account and all data associated with it.
In the app (fastest)
Open Menos on your device → Profile tab → scroll down → tap DELETE ACCOUNT & ALL DATA. Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account. We'll verify and delete within one business day.
What gets deleted
- Account record (email, password hash, display name, profile fields)
- All workout sessions, sets, reps, weights, personal records
- AI-generated coaching insights and session reviews tied to your account
- Refresh tokens and session credentials
- Crash diagnostics linked to your user ID (Firebase Crashlytics)
Deletion is permanent — we do not retain a soft-deleted copy. This cannot be undone.
What does not get deleted automatically
Your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play is billed and managed by Apple/Google, not by Menos. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Menos account does not cancel an active subscription.
Anonymous, aggregated analytics (with no link back to you) may be retained indefinitely for product research.
Timeline
In-app deletion: immediate. Email deletion: within one business day (US Mountain Time). If you haven't received confirmation within three business days, check your spam folder and re-send.
