In the app (fastest)
Open Menos on your device → tap the profile icon at the top-right of Home → scroll down → tap DELETE ACCOUNT & ALL DATA. Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account. We'll verify and delete within one business day.
What gets deleted
- Account record (Apple Sign-In identifier, display name, profile fields).
- All workout sessions, sets, reps, weights, personal records.
- Your character progression — class, level, XP, and any Dungeon Mode or Party Mode history.
- Refresh tokens and session credentials.
- Crash diagnostics linked to your user ID (Firebase Crashlytics).
Deletion is permanent — we do not retain a soft-deleted copy. This cannot be undone.
What does not get deleted automatically
Menos is $6.99/month with a 7-day free trial. If you have an active Apple App Store subscription (or are mid-trial), that subscription is billed and managed by Apple, not by Menos — cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your Menos account does not cancel an Apple subscription, and deleting the app does not stop billing.
Anonymous, aggregated analytics (with no link back to you) may be retained indefinitely for product research.
Timeline
In-app deletion: immediate. Email deletion: within one business day (US Mountain Time). If you haven't received confirmation within three business days, check your spam folder and re-send.
