Pro and Ultimate are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew automatically until cancelled.
Menos Pro is also sold as one payment: $149.99, charged once to your Apple ID. It is Menos Pro with no end date, for as long as Menos operates. It doesn't renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Ultimate stays a subscription.
7-day free trial on annual plans for eligible new subscribers (one trial per Apple ID).
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
If you cancel, history older than 30 days, achievement rewards and the Pro extras hide until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted, and CSV export stays free. On Ultimate it also hides parties over 2 seats. Shop items stay wearable on every tier.
Moving from Pro to Ultimate starts at once, with a prorated refund of unused Pro time. Switching to Pro or to a different billing period starts at your next renewal.

Early accounts get Ultimate free
Accounts created before October 19, 2026, 00:00 UTC have Menos Ultimate free, with no end date, for as long as Menos operates, subject to the Terms.
- It is automatic. There is nothing to claim.
- Founders keep their Founder crest, title and gold name. A legacy account that is not a Founder doesn't get the Founder crest or title.
- If Apple still bills you on a legacy account, the app tells you, and you can ask Apple for a refund.
Deleting the account ends it.
Bring two friends
When two friends you invited each finish 2 workouts in their first 21 days, you get 3 months of Pro. It works once per account. It does not pause, cancel or refund an Apple subscription.
The original Menos Pro (June-July 2026) was a separate subscription and is retired.
