What the watch shows
- Today's workout, your level, your XP and your weekly streak
- SET, REPORT, REST and NEXT UP screens
- A rest timer with haptics
Leave your phone in the locker: Menos on Apple Watch logs every set, rest and PR. Start the workout on your wrist, lift, and let the phone catch up later.
Link the watch once with your iPhone nearby, or sign in with Apple on the watch if you already have an account. After that you can do a full workout with the iPhone switched off, in a locker, or at home.
The watch works with no signal too. Runs sync in order when the watch reaches a network, and the phone shows them with the right progression.
A run can't be live on two devices at once. When the phone is nearby, the watch mirrors it as before.
With Pro or Ultimate and Apple Health turned on, each workout is saved to Apple Health with the calories it burned, measured with your heart rate during the workout. It is one toggle, on the phone.
Purchases and restore, sign-up and setup, hosting parties, co-op and duels, FreeStyle, history and the full report, the Hall, guilds, tournaments and cosmetics all stay on the iPhone.
Apple Watch workouts, with the phone and standalone, are part of Pro and Ultimate. The check happens when you start a workout, so a run is never locked halfway through.
The plans, prices and trial are on the pricing page.
The Menos iPhone app is required, because the watch app is not independent. Your watch needs watchOS 10 or later.
Download Menos free on iPhone, then add the watch when you are ready.
