Report a bug

Found something broken, crashing, or showing incorrect data? Tell us what you were doing when it happened. Include your device model and OS version if you can — it helps us reproduce.

Request a feature

Have an idea for an exercise, metric, or flow we don't support yet? Tell us what problem it would solve for your training. We read every request and roll the best ones into the roadmap.

Account & billing

For trouble with your subscription, trial, or access to Pro features: we can look up your account and fix it. Cancellations can be handled from the App Store or Google Play directly — the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link in your profile opens the right page.

To delete your account and all your data, use the DELETE ACCOUNT & ALL DATA button in your profile. It's immediate and permanent.

Response time

We aim to reply within one business day. Menos App LLC is based in the United States (Mountain Time), so replies may be slower on weekends.
